To set up a PCextreme e-mail account using Outlook 2016 for Mac you can use this step-by-step guide.


  • A PCextreme mail account
  • An Apple computer (MacBook, iMac, Mac Pro of Mac Mini)
  • Office 2016 for Mac

Adding an Account

Open Outlook 2016 for Mac an select “Accounts” in the “Tools” menu. (image 1)


Press the “+” icon at the subsequent screen (image 2)


A screen should pop up as demonstrated below (image 3). Fill in your PCextreme mail address details.


After the client has searched for the server details, you will be presented with the following screen (image 4).


Here are the details you may add to the required fields:

User name: Password: Yourpassword Incoming mail server: Use SSL to connect Check! Outgoing mail server: Use SSL to connect Check!

Next, click “Add account”, and you’re all done!
